The Union Oiltech filterbag series consists of a series of bag filters in stainless steel and plastic as well as fully welded filterbags in many different materials: Polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PE) and Nylon (NMO).
All seams are welded rather than sewn and combined with one of our positive seal molded bypass free (polypropylene or polyester) welded rings, no process fluid can bypass through needle holes. Our monofilament mesh bags are constructed from single, twisted threads that are woven with evenly spaced holes for better strength, perfectly suited for precise screening, drainage, and grading.
Bag filters can allow particles between 1 – 1200 my to get through the filter and there are many options in between, it depends on which liquid you need to filter.
All our filter bags are available with a plastic collar or with a stainless-steel ring.
